These terms govern use of Eco Grocery’s app, website, catalog, checkout, delivery and support services. By using the service, you agree to provide accurate information and use it lawfully.
Accounts
Your mobile OTP session is personal. Keep access to your mobile number secure and do not share OTPs. You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated account.
Catalog and availability
Product images are illustrative. Current price, tax, stock, quantity limits, delivery eligibility, coupon eligibility, fees and payable total are validated by the server at checkout. An item shown in the catalog may become unavailable before an order is accepted.
Orders and payments
Orders may be paid using Cash on Delivery or Razorpay only when that method is enabled for the checkout. Online payment verification is performed server-side. A payment authorization does not by itself guarantee fulfilment; if a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable cancellation and refund process will be used.
Delivery
Delivery coverage, fees and availability depend on the address and current delivery configuration shown at checkout. Estimated status information is not a guarantee where circumstances outside reasonable control cause delay.
Cancellation, returns and replacements
Available actions depend on the order’s current status, product eligibility and the connected Eco Grocery workflow. Follow the process in your order details or contact support. Approved online-payment refunds are returned through the supported payment process.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse promotions, interfere with the service, impersonate others, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorized access. Eco Grocery may restrict abusive or fraudulent activity.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss arising from the affected transaction.
